This is long overdue, since I’ve known about this initiative for months and am just now realizing what a great idea it is to share it with all of you who visit my little website. I realize that I have the ability to touch a different group of people who aren’t all military centered, so I hope those of you who are not connected with Soldiers’ Angels take a moment to do so, as well as take advantage of this incredibly generous offer from The Zac Brown Band (who I LOVE)!
A few months ago Zac Brown Band, Chrysler and Soldiers’ Angels teamed up to support our troops with a program called Letters for Lyrics. In exchange for a letter or postcard written by you to a soldier, marine, airman or seaman who is stationed overseas… you receive a free copy of Zac Brown Band’s album, “Breaking Southern Ground.” You don’t have to have the name and address of a soldier to send the letter and get the CD, you simply fill it out “Dear Soldier” and the team will take care of the rest.
