My life has been turned upside down with a thousand things going on these days. Fortunately, my military man is home with me this year. Rachel, Deb and Jo started this wonderful little group. We pick a book (preferably a book a foodie would love) read it and cook something that was inspired by our reading. A lesson needs to be given today to the men and women who are going to stand next to their loved one as they serve this great country. There may just be a little lesson in all of this for non-military spouses as well. This is very important, so pay attention! A season filled with such joy is also filled with unending errands, parties and dinners. Tonight I’ll be making a double-header at my office Christmas party (yes, we still call it a Christmas party!) and the Joint Services Military Ball.
